Soare Contracting Inc. is based in Victoria, BC’s Westshore and has been owned and operated by the Soare Family since 2001.
Kevin Soare began roofing in the Okanagan in 1985 and holds a journeyman trade ticket. Marion Harding-Soare, a former paralegal, is the office manager and is likely the first person you will speak to when you call.
Recently the family business has passed on to the second generation – sons Colby and Trevor, both architectural sheet metal workers, have worked in the family business from the beginning.
We are a safety-conscious company that believes in the importance of keeping not only our workers but also our customers protected.
We are proud to have been consistently nominated by our customers for the Better Business Bureau of Vancouver Island Torch Awards. We we were Torch Award Winners in 2017 and 2019, and have been finalists every year since 2013. We are the most proud of these nominations because they are solely customer driven.
We are passionate about giving back to our community and have contributed by working on numerous volunteer projects in the past and plan to continue to do so. Most recently we are sponsors of the Wounded Warrior Run BC.
Soare Contracting Inc is a member both of the Better Business Bureau of Vancouver Island and also the Independent Contractors Association of BC.
